Over the past years we have been involved with various U.K & Europe based manufacturers of recycling crushers as their OEM’s by supplying them various equipment’s and split components as per their design under confidential agreements. This activity has also played a vital role in improving our manufacturing skills, quality policy & latest techniques. Our infrastructure and team is well versed with the stringent quality and design norms required by manufacturers in Europe & we have successfully supported them for their needs by providing quality products at the right price.

Foundation and First Product Launch
Shakti Mining Equipments Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1986 under the visionary leadership of our respected Chairman, Mr. T.M. Varma. The company began its journey in the construction equipment industry with the successful launch of its flagship product – “KAMAL” Road Rollers – which quickly earned recognition for their performance and reliability.

During this decade, the company experienced robust growth, achieving a major milestone of 5,000 KAMAL Road Rollers sold across India. Recognizing opportunities in the mining sector, the company diversified its product portfolio by introducing Jaw Crushers, marking its entry into the mining and crushing equipment industry.

A new era began under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Amit Varma, who was appointed as the Managing Director. Under his guidance, the company underwent rebranding with the introduction of the modern and globally competitive brand “SMAN”. The product range expanded significantly with the addition of Cone Crushers and Vertical Shaft Impactors (VSI), further strengthening the company’s position in the aggregate and mining industries.

The Founder Chairman of the Company has a vast 40+ years of Experience in Crushing & Mining Industry. As one of the pioneers in the rock crushing industry, he began his career in 1975 as a proprietor and later in 1986, he converted it into a corporate body. He continues to guide and lead the Company’s business as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been a guiding factor for the growth and of the Company, which is known for its timely execution of large-scale works to the quality standards. Mr. Varma is a person to be reckoned with in social circles. He has philanthropic inclinations. He believes in hard work, consistency, simple living thinking, being an avid traveller to Europe & American continent, visiting various equipment & technology trade fairs, seminars. He always strives to be updated with the modern trends of the industry & then strategically plans to adopt/implement them at Shakti for better prospect.
AMIT VARMA
(Managing Director)
The Managing Director of the Company, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. A task master, with robust common sense, affable nature and innovative ideas, he has been instrumental in leading the Company to higher strata in Crushing industry with a foray in the realty business segment.He has an experience of 14 years in the industry & and has attained firsthand experience in Production, Quality Control & Marketing.
